Public Relations

The Public Relations Office continuously works with local media outlets, handles public and community relations for the district, and designs, edits and produces all district publications. MISSION STATEMENT

It is our mission to provide positive and accurate information about Hidalgo ISD as we facilitate the internal and external communication efforts for the school district.

PUBLIC INFORMATION REQUESTS

Public Information Requests must be submitted to the Hidalgo ISD Office of the Superintendent and/or the HISD Office of Public Relations located at 324 E. Flora Ave. Hidalgo, TX 78557.

After you have submitted a public information request, the requested information will be promptly gathered for you. However, Hidalgo ISD has the right to take up to ten business days to produced the requested information. If the requested information cannot be produced within ten business days, the public information officer will notify you in writing of the reasonable date and time when it will be available.
